Philosophy & Satsang

A Philosophy & Satsang workshop offers a unique journey into the realms of profound contemplation and spiritual connection. Rooted in ancient Eastern traditions, this gathering combines philosophical discourse with Satsang, meaning “association with the truth” in Sanskrit. Participants delve into deep philosophical inquiries, exploring life’s fundamental questions and the nature of existence. Guided by knowledgeable facilitators, attendees engage in meaningful discussions, introspective exercises, and meditation.

Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic Dance is a liberating and transformative movement practice that transcends conventional boundaries. Led by music curated by skilled DJs or musicians, Ecstatic Dance sessions encourage individuals to let go of inhibitions, allowing the body to move intuitively and authentically. Ice Bath

A workshop ice bath is a transformative experience that challenges participants both mentally and physically. Participants immerse themselves in freezing cold water, typically between 32 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit (0 to 5 degrees Celsius), for a brief yet intense period. This practice is rooted in ancient traditions, known for its numerous health benefits, including improved circulation, reduced inflammation, and enhanced mental resilience.

During a workshop ice bath, expert facilitators guide individuals through breathing techniques and mindset exercises to help them conquer fear and discomfort.
